Christopher Campbell is an associate at Epport, Richman & Robbins, LLP, experienced in the practice of real estate transactions, general contract formation, corporate law, and business litigation. Mr. Campbell's practice spans the spectrum of transactional real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, joint venture formation, and leasing. His real property acquisitions and dispositions practice includes representing buyers and sellers in complex purchase, sale, and 1031 exchange transactions involving industrial, commercial, office, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties. Mr. Campbell's financing experience includes representing both borrowers and lenders on the origination of loans (including commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans) secured by office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, and retail properties located in California and throughout the United States, the defeasance of loans, and loan servicing matters. He has represented both large-scale, securitized lenders such as Column Financial, Inc., and Wells Fargo Bank, as well as smaller, localized lenders.
Mr. Campbell's leasing practice includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in leases of office, industrial, and retail space located throughout California and the United States. In his experience he has represented such clients as Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) and LBA Realty Investments in their leasing various commercial, office, and industrial projects. Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience in subleasing matters, tenant build-outs, and lease assignments from all sides of the transactions. In addition, Mr. Campbell has extensive experience in general contract and corporate matters, such as advising companies in corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings of equity and debt, assisting public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnership arrangements, and licensing transactions. Mr. Campbell has broad experience in the formation of all entities, creation of buy-sell agreements, and other general corporate matters.
Education:
Mr. Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1999 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2003, where Mr. Campbell was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Honor Society and Order of the Coif, and also served as Chief Production Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. While at Loyola, Mr. Campbell received American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Drafting and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Campbell was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
