SHARON M. HOTCHKISS

Sharon Hotchkiss is an associate at Epport, Richman & Robbins, LLP. With over fourteen years of experience, Ms. Hotchkiss' practice includes both litigation and transactional matters. With regard to litigation, Ms. Hotchkiss has successfully briefed and argued cases before State, Bankruptcy, and Federal Courts as well as California Courts of Appeal, with a published decision (First Federal Bank of California v. Fegen (2005) 131 Cal.App.4th 798).
Case subject matter handled by Ms. Hotchkiss includes complex business litigation, corporate governance and dissolution, intellectual property, landlord/tenant (both commercial and residential), entertainment, creditor's rights and multi-million dollar real estate matters.
Education:
Ms. Hotchkiss received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985. She also participated in a study abroad program in Paris, France, through the Southern Methodist University in the fall of 1984. Ms. Hotchkiss received her Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1992.
Admissions:
Ms. Hotchkiss was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992 and admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2005. Ms. Hotchkiss was also admitted to the United States District Court, in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts. Ms. Hotchkiss is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Intellectual Property Law Section.
