Mr. Huskey handles a majority of the complex real estate, corporate and transactional matters at Epport, Richman & Robbins, LLP, as well as strategic planning of start-up and developing companies, including protection of intellectual property. Mr. Huskey has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in originating and refinancing loans of all types, as well as sellers and buyers of real property, loans and businesses. Mr. Huskey also represents clients forming and operating businesses in the entertainment industry, including television, motion picture, DVD and concert productions, music licensing, casting studios, and website design.

Additionally, Mr. Huskey represents a variety of commercial enterprises and individuals in business litigation and dispute resolution.

Education: Mr. Huskey graduated from Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986. He also studied abroad at London School of Economics, London, England (Spring Term 1985). Mr. Huskey received his Juris Doctor from University of Southern California in 1989.

Admissions: Mr. Huskey was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989, and is admitted in the following courts: U.S. District Court, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California; Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Huskey is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Real Property and Environmental Sections), and former Secretary, Legal Advisory Committee, Los Angeles Chapter, Sierra Club.
