Nina Sarraf-Yazdi is an Associate at Epport, Richman & Robbins LLP, experienced in a wide range of real estate transactions and finance. She has worked on a variety of acquisitions, including both commercial and residential real estate, office and retail leasing, entity formation, joint venture, development and purchase power agreements. Ms. Yazdi received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007. She received her J.D. in 2011 from New York University School of Law, where she was an editor for the NYU Journal of Law and Business.
